We have so many talented performers in our area, and it's such a gift, as a dancer, to see their work--I learned so much." [Katie Carpenter]Carpenter then traveled to NYC to take tap class with Cartier Williams, a hoofer from Washington DC. "It's hard to describe what a privilege it was to dance with him", says Carpenter who joined her sister and former Studio 180 faculty member, Meggie, in tap class. "He is so good that he is really not even describable. And dancing purely to his scatting and rhythm was incredible" they both agreed.
